Aaron Seifert, GISP & Owner of GISeifert attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Geography – Geographic Information Management in 1996.

In Phoenix was part of a GIS consulting firm where  land ownership layers were built from paper parcel maps, street centerlines with address ranges for e911 and a variety of custom mapping products

In Sedona, Arizona  worked on citizen map requests, standard maps, regional planning, recreation, public safety including the  e911 street centerline addressing, map books, spatial databases.
public works work in pavement management, spatial databases for management software, street sign inventories along with upgrading the GIS database and publishing interactive mapping to the city's website for public use.

Worked with a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying consulting firm in Northern Arizona. A variety of projects included complete GIS database development for a medium-sized city and a small water district, base digital data collection and management for most all projects for use in AutoCAD or GIS software using a variety of standard and customized coordinate systems.

Fire & EMS service GIS mapping & analysis in Northern Arizona using a centralized GIS database and management for e911 CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) software and related applications, custom mapping, including map books used by all area agencies, in digital, online, or paper products.

In addition, over a decade of experience in Wildland Fire mapping and data collection as a GIS Specialist as part of Incident Management Teams all over the western United States.
